On Monday 16th December at 7:30 pm at The Lost Theatre in South Lambeth, Absolutely Productions are filming the pilot show of their latest format ALMOST HAPPY.
Almost Happy is the culmination of 16 years work by therapist Dr Brian Kaplan on effecting behavioural change through reverse psychology and humour.
In Almost Happy, Brian will be joined by Comedy Store Players, Lee Simpson and Josie Lawrence who will use their well-known improvisational skills to tease out life stories from volunteers in order to help Brian nudge them to make positive behavioural changes. The idea is that they move from being almost happy to being happy. We will follow up on our volunteers in a couple of months to see how they are getting on.
The recording will be filmed but only as a non-broadcast pilot.
The evening is a free event and if you would like to be added to the guest list please email almosthappy@absolutely-uk.com, but hurry as there are only 140 seats that will be allocated on a first come first served basis, maximum 4 people per email request. You will receive a confirmation email or a notification that the event is sold out.
