Tonight at 10:35 BBC 1 Wales (Sky Channel 952, Freesat 964) and BBC 1 Wales HD launch a month-long series of programmes under the banner ‘Live Longer Wales’. Absolutely were commissioned to start the series off with ‘The Shape of Wales’, a 45 minute documentary where Steve Evans gets to the heart of the issue of obesity. It's a marvellous show with a relevance far beyond the Welsh Border.
